Health And Disease

Health is normal. Disease is an abnormal condition. Disease is not an opposite of health. Disease (unless you were born with it) is a pathological development and an effect of a certain cause. It is the Universal Law that every effect has a cause and every cause has an effect. Living organic structure is not exempt from this phenomena and the Law of Biology.

Imagine your body being a house. A house where no one is taking the trash out. It keeps accumulating day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month and year-by-year. The house is now full of trash, bacteria and fungi growing everyone and the smell! Not a nice picture and no responsible owner will let this happen. Your body is like that house. If you live on this planet, you absorb toxins on a daily basis. It is everywhere. Your food, your plastic bottled water, the water you shower in, cosmetic products, carpeting, furniture and about anywhere you turn everything is loaded with chemicals. All these toxic substances accumulate in your body and since they are foreign substances the body doesn’t know how to metabolize them so it simply stores them in a fatty tissue.

Detox is a natural function of any living organism as a part of metabolism. As cells are building up, cells are building down and with such a process there is waste created. That waste needs to be carried out but if your body is already cluttered to the ‘roof’ natural detox cannot take place. This is where disease starts. It’s called innervation. Your body is tired from the toxic overload and you start to feel tired and exhausted. If you do not help your body at this state the toxins start irritating the tissue and lead to inflammation.

Inflammation has many names in the medical world such as arthritis, sinusitis, colitis, dermatitis, bronchitis, gastritis, meningitis, myocarditis, pancreatitis, epiglottis, cholecystitis, nephritis, hepatitis, pharyngitis, esophagitis, uveitis, bursitis, tendonitis, cystitis, osteomyelitis and many more. If you look closely all these medical terms describe an inflammation of a specific organ or area of the body. Pretty much every organ has it’s own inflammation name but it all means the same thing. The body is irritated and tissue is on fire. Where the body finds its closest outlet results in an inflammation diagnosis. Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints, sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses, colitis is inflammation of the colon etc.

It is like calling a pimple on your right cheek one name and a pimple on your left cheek another name. It is still the same thing. Your body is on ‘fire’ underneath the load of toxic burning trash. Every disease is an effect of its root cause. Unless you remove the root cause the effect will not just magically disappear.
